French Touch

Revisited French traditional kitchen this is that you can taste in our restaurant. In la Tienda you meet the gastronomie in bistro style.

​From the confiture to the condiment, all of them are homemade and prepared “à la minute” – freshly homemade.

Why Bistronomique ? The term was created in 2003 during the Food Week in Paris which allow to the small restaurant to offer the high quality of kitchen without any pretension to the “stars” gourmet cuisine.

Cuisine and farm garden

​Our small but reach in terms of taste and full of discovery menu based on the traditional french kitchen.

Mainly our vegetables and fruits come from the local products. The concept called by Chef, Emiliano D’Alessandro ” kilometer zero” which means to use the wealth of the region with the favorable conditions of the climate and respecting the seasons.

The mission of our restaurant is to prepare you the best and surprising selection of vegetable from garden in harmony with french traditional cookbook… 

The discovery of seasonal vegetables

​If you are vegetarian the Chef will welcome you with the question “Which vegetable do you like” ? This is to understand better what he can prepare for you.

Each day the plate for vegetarians is different respecting the seasons.
So let yourself be surprised !!!  ​

The plates for MAIN with vegetables Only are outside from the our temporal menu, and it changes respecting the season and what the farm garden brings to us.

Don’t hesitate to contact and inform that you would to have the MAIN plate with vegetables Only or you have some special request 24 hours before.
