Emiliano D’Alessandro, born Argentinian with Italian roots, his heart belongs to Paris. With an Italian grandma he was inspired since the childhood by the homemade traditional cuisine. From more then 20 years of professional experience in Paris , he runs La Tienda since 2016. With passion for traditions and french food, he interprets in his manner the parisian bistro cuisine.
